Roy W. MacKay BA Roy has spent over 40 years in the Logistics Industry and has held various Senior Management positions for North American and European based Companies. These positions have included President, Executive Vice President and General Manager and Vice President Sales in LTL and TL, Courier, Air Freight and Ocean Freight. For the last three years, Roy has had his own consulting and recruiting firm, Roy MacKay and Associates Inc and has worked extensively on shared assignments with Gord McTavish and Associates Inc Roy has been involved in all aspects of consulting in the Logistics Industry including recruiting, optimization of operations and acquisitions. Roy is especially well known as a Sales and Marketing leader in the Canadian transportation industry with special insight into achieving profitable sales growth and recruiting of sales professionals.
